Starting with wisdom and business sense learned from his grandpa, the late Roy Riley, Todd Riley has developed a “secret” process of sharpening longer-lasting tire shredding blades. After going into the business in January 2001 and then growing quickly and moving into the current location in June, Riley has filled a much needed role in the tire shredding business.

After opening his business in January he approached the owner of a tire shredding facility with the offer of “building a better mousetrap”. Riley sat about a few weeks of research and some trial and error to build a longer-lasting blade. The hard work and long hours paid off and orders have been going steady every since. Now, thanks to that opportunity Riley has grown from 1 full time employee to 12 full time employees and office staff.
